The goal of confirmation is to equip the student with the tools and practices of adult faith life so that each may open the bible with confidence, pray and worship faithfully, and bring the gospel to bear on life in community and the world, that we may serve the Lord Jesus Christ in our neighbor.
Confirmation Class
Wednesdays during the school year: 6:00 – 7:00 pm.
St Andrew’s invites youth in sixth, seventh, and eighth grade to meet on Wednesdays during the school year from 6:00 to 7:00 pm to study Luther’s Small Catechism and the Old and New Testaments of the Bible.
If a student is unable to take part in our program on Wednesday nights, Pastor Karen is happy to discuss other patterns of faith formation that might assist your student in this important part of becoming a faithful adult.
